The challenge
The decision happens on the street, phone in hand, in under a minute. Only three things matter then: what's on the menu, where it is, and how to call.
The solution
A short structure with no intermediate layers: the menu readable on the page itself — no PDF to download — photography of the room and the plates carrying the visual weight, and location and phone reachable from anywhere on the site. Tuned to load fast on 4G, which is the real condition of use.
