Custom software — Girona · Barcelona
Software development
We build the software your business needs and can't buy off the shelf: internal tools, management dashboards, automations and integrations with the systems you already use.
Who is it for?
For companies in Girona and Barcelona that have grown on spreadsheets, manual processes and programs that don't talk to each other. When Excel falls short, when the same data is typed three times, or when no market software fits how you work, you build custom. We also integrate your website or store with your ERP or CRM.
Internal tools and dashboards
Private web apps to run your operation: orders, customers, inventory, bookings or whatever your process needs.
Process automation
We remove repetitive work: reports, invoices, emails, syncs. Fewer errors and fewer wasted hours.
ERP/CRM integrations
We connect your systems (Holded, SAP, Odoo, Salesforce, Dynamics and others) via API so data travels on its own.
Data migration
We move your information from spreadsheets or legacy systems into the new one, clean and verified.
Roles, permissions and audit
Each user sees and does what they should. A change log so you know who did what and when.
Documentation and support
We hand over your own, documented, maintainable code. The software is yours and any team can continue it.

When Excel falls short
Excel is a brilliant tool until it isn't. It starts to fail when several people edit at once and overwrite each other, when the same figure lives in five different sheets and none of them agree, or when a formula only its author understands props up half the business. The clearest sign is repeated manual work: copying data from one place to another, generating the same report every Monday, checking by hand what a program would do without errors. When that happens, a custom tool stops being a luxury and becomes a saving. We don't replace Excel for the sake of it: if your sheet works, we leave it. We only build when the time you lose costs more than fixing it.
Integrating without breaking what already works
Most companies don't start from scratch: they already have an ERP, a CRM or a store that works, and replacing everything would be absurd. Our job is usually to connect those pieces so data travels on its own. If your system has an API, we hook into it; if it's more closed, we use whatever route it supports (exports, webhooks, the database). Before touching anything we test the integration in a separate environment, so a mistake of ours never stops your live operation. We work in short iterations and verify each step, because with integrations the devil is in the rare cases. The goal is to add a layer that tidies what you have, not to force you to throw away what already works.
Frequently asked questions
When is custom software worth it?
When no market product fits your process, when you pay licences for features you don't use, or when manual work (copying data, generating reports) costs more hours than automating it would. If standard software does the job, we'll tell you: we don't sell development for the sake of it.
Can you integrate with our current ERP or CRM?
If it has an API or an accessible database, yes. We work with Holded, Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce and others. When a system is closed, we use its supported integration route (exports, webhooks) and tell you what's possible before we start.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the process. We work in phases so the first useful delivery arrives in weeks, not months, and so you can stop or continue based on results. After the initial analysis you sign off a fixed quote per phase.
What if we stop working together one day?
The code is yours, documented and hosted wherever you choose. Any development team can continue it. We don't create dependency on purpose.
Do you handle sensitive data securely?
Yes: role-based access, encryption, backups and GDPR compliance. We define where data is hosted (within the EU if you need it) from the design stage.
Got a process to fix?
Tell us what wastes your time and we'll say whether custom software is worth it for you.
