The data controller is InterHuge, with registered address in Girona (Spain) and contact email hola@interhuge.com.

We process the data you provide through the contact form or by email for a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a service proposal.

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

The basis for processing your data is your consent when you send us the form or write to us, and the legitimate interest in managing the pre-contractual relationship.

We keep your data as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we don't end up working together, we delete it once the exchange is closed, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. The technology providers that serve us (email and hosting) act as data processors under GDPR guarantees.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@interhuge.com. If you believe we have not handled your request, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
