Drone — Girona · Costa Brava
Drone photography and video
Aerial images that sell: an estate, a hotel, a stretch of coast or a construction site seen from above. Certified pilot, legal flights and footage ready for your website, your ads and your social media.
Who is it for?
For estate agents who need to show a whole property and its surroundings, for hotels and accommodation on the Costa Brava wanting to show their location and views, for tourism businesses and for builders documenting a project's progress. The aerial viewpoint tells in an instant what many street-level photos can't.

Flight regulations: what we can legally do and where
Flying a drone professionally isn't a matter of grabbing the controller and taking off. In Spain the activity is regulated by AESA under the European framework, and not all airspace is open. Near airports and heliports, over built-up areas, in protected natural spaces (and the Costa Brava has many) or in zones with military restrictions, flying requires specific permits or simply isn't allowed. We fly with a certified pilot and public liability insurance, and before each job we check the geographic zones and file whatever authorisation is needed. If a place isn't viable, we tell you up front and find the nearest legal alternative. We'd rather lose a job than risk a fine or an accident: no image is worth an illegal flight.
From the flight to your website: material ready to publish
A spectacular aerial photo is useless if it then doesn't fit where you need it. So we don't just hand over loose files: we plan the material around its final use. If it's for a property portal, we deliver it in the format and weight each platform asks for; if it's for your website, optimised to load fast without losing quality; if it's for social, vertical and at the length that works on each network. For construction tracking we deliver shots from the same points each month, so the month-by-month comparison is real. Because we also build websites, we know how an image is integrated to perform, not just to impress on the camera's screen. The flight is half the job; the other half is making it useful to you.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly anywhere?
No. There are restricted areas (near airports, protected spaces, built-up areas with conditions) where flying needs specific permits or simply isn't allowed. Before each job we check the area's regulations and arrange what's needed. If a place isn't viable, we tell you up front.
Do you have a licence and insurance?
Yes. We fly with a drone pilot certified under current European regulations, with public liability insurance. It's a legal requirement for professional use and a guarantee for you.
What if the weather is bad on the planned day?
The drone doesn't fly in strong wind or rain, for safety and image quality. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we reschedule at no cost. Light matters too: sometimes we wait for the golden hour for the best result.
How soon do I get the material?
Edited photos, usually within a few days. An edited video, a bit longer depending on length and complexity. We agree it when planning the job so it arrives when you need it.
Do you also do ground-level photography?
Yes. Aerial work is often combined with interior and exterior ground-level photos to tell the full story, especially in real estate and hospitality. We can cover both in the same session.
Shall we see it from the air?
Tell us what you want to show and where, and we'll say if it's viable and what we can capture.
